Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate computer systems, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Run scheduled jobs and back-ups, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Provide technical support and assistance to staff and other departments.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, keeping all equipment and systems in good working order.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar technical support role.
• Proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
